About Vardagens Dramatik

How do I describe a company consisting of professional actors and behavioural scientists… who together create interactive seminars about social and corporate issues that they themselves are involved in… a company that has been successful for more than 20 years… engaged by one of the world’s most prominent leadership institutes for the last 13 years… a company that is convinced that it is possible to create corporations and organisations that are inspired, efficient, as well as humane?

Catharina

Internationally we are called a “consulting team”. We call ourselves Vardagens Dramatik AB or Everyday Drama, knowing that the drama doesn’t need to be created, it’s there all around us. We are merely giving it a form. What do I call myself as the leader of such a company?
I choose to call myself… privileged.

Best regards,
Catharina Nasenius, CEO

History

In 1985 Catharina was asked to write a book about work psychology. The result was called “Vardagens Dramatik” meaning “Everyday Drama”.

In 1986 the book was introduced in five Swedish cities together with a play titled “Under Pressure”. The play was created to complement the purpose of the book and illustrates a fictional workplace which most people can relate to. The book as well as the play enjoyed great success which led to the establishment of Vardagens Dramatik AB in 1989.

Since then, Catharina has written an additional two books “Var dag i utveckling” (1991) and ”Getingboet” (1998). She is also the co-creator of numerous educational seminars.

Today, Vardagens Dramatik is a successful consulting company with business all over Sweden as well as internationally.
