The Vision

- the components of an overachieving team

This seminar is based on conclusions that modern research has drawn concerning well-functioning work teams. These teams are characterised by a clear purpose and goal, a disciplined course of action towards that goal, and the team members’ confidence in each other. In order to reach further success as a team, the team members must take an active interest in each other’s growth and prosperity. In other words, it seems that open and generous relations are the key to a successful workplace.

One of the most important elements is trust, and lack of trust is often the reason why a competent professional group fails to live up to its expectations. Attaining trust should therefore be a high-priority objective. During the course of the seminar, we will steer you on the bumpy road to reaching this goal, through interactive theatre, various theories, and discussions.

In the theatrical part we process the consequences of insubstantial trust:

· unresolved conflicts
· whining and complaining
· everyone blames someone else
· territorial thinking between professional groups
· ambiguous leadership
· coworkers struggling to define their role in a changeable organisation

We offer tools and structures to promote a bold and contemporary organisation. An organisation where the team members take responsibility for their own leadership and coach each other, while the boss has the courage to be forthright and accessible. We also offer the opportunity to contemplate one’s own situation at work and in life.
