We are right now in the process of creating a seminar that will serve as a base for a constructive dialogue regarding company values and gender equality among the employees of LKAB.

LKAB employs about 3500 people. As a start, this seminar will be given to 500 of these employees on 10 different occasions.

Sex Crime Victims

This seminar illustrates the reactions of sex crime victims, their vulnerability, as well as their needs in various respects, especially when in contact with the criminal justice system.

The objective is that members of the police, the courts, and the office of the public prosecution may gain increased knowledge of the sex crime victim’s situation. The main purpose is to highlight the importance of a sex crime victim receiving the right kind of treatment all the way, from the initial meeting with the police, through the preliminary investigation, to the concluding trial.
